Wintergold Arts & Crafts Fair - Applications are Open!

We are now accepting applications from vendors to participate in Wintergold 2017!

Wintergold is an annual Christmas fair of unique, handcrafted arts and crafts. It is coordinated by volunteers as a fundraiser for Smithers Art Gallery and to offer the public an opportunity to purchase the special work of local and regional artisans. We are looking for high quality craftsmanship with exceptional design, technique and function. All items must be hand-crafted by the vendor.

How to Apply

To apply, please review the Vendor Information sheet and then download and complete the Application Form and submit with the appropriate fee to the Smithers Art Gallery by the deadline of October 17, 2017. New vendors who have not previously been in Wintergold should include 3 photographs of their work (these can be emailed to the Gallery if preferred). Vendors will be notified of the outcome of their applications by October 24, 2017.

Fees

Main Floor (gallery): $40
Wall space behind table (Main Floor only): $10
2nd Floor (dance studio/hallway): $40

Each space allocation is 6' x 2.5' (standard trestle table size). Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables which must fit into the space allocated. We are able to provide chairs upon request.

Show Dates & Times

  • Friday, November 24, 2017, from 5-9pm             
  • Saturday, November 25, 2017, from 10am-4pm

Set-Up & Takedown

  • Booth setup is Friday, November 24, 2017, from 11am–4pm
  • Take down is Saturday, November 25, 2017, after 4pm
